Holding Fee Agreement
If you are selected as a potential family, you will be asked to submit a holding fee to reserve a puppy. The non-refundable holding fee (cash, cashiers check, PayPal) is required after the birth of the pup. You are not guaranteed a puppy until your holding fee is received. This fee goes towards the care of the pups and mom and will be applied to the final purchase price. Financing options are available through PetPay at an increased cost (10-15% surcharge). Our puppies are loved even before birth. We plan to take great care in the selection of their future homes and do not operate on a first come, first serve basis. This questionnaire allows us to get to know you and your family better and help you pick the best puppy to fit your lifestyle. Again, adoption is not first come, first serve. We have the right to choose and refuse homes that we don’t feel are good fits for one of our puppies.
Final payment is due at pick up, we will not transfer ownership until full sum is paid in cash, cashiers check, or PayPal. Puppies will be ready for pickup at 8 weeks old (per Missouri Law).
